Returns
Do you offer returns?
Yes we do! To get a return you must get in contact within 14 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Items that do not meet this criteria or time limit will be decline.
A request for a return must be made within 14 working days of receiving an order. Accepted returns must be received by us within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method as lost returns cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange?
If you need to exchange your item, email us at hello@smalltowndesign.co.uk to arrange the return of your existing order.
We can then set aside your replacement and once we receive your original order we will then dispatch your new order.
Faulty items
If you believe your order to be faulty, please contact us immediately to report the fault and follow the returns information provided.
All suspected faulty items must be returned for inspection within 7 days of reporting the fault.
Receiving a refund
Once your return has been received and checked, an email will be sent to inform you of whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will return the money to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP! If your order has not been dispatched we will simply cancel your order and issue a refund, if we have already dispatched your order you will need to return your order for a full refund following the information above.
